Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LogiqBase platform ("Service") operated by LogiqBase ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and a registered business entity to use LogiqBase. You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial period, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan or your access will be suspended. Trial data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry.

3. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
• The Standard plan is RM399/month for up to 5 vehicles
• Additional vehicles are billed at RM65/month each
• Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle
• You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us at support@logiqbase.my. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into LogiqBase. We process your data only to provide the Service. You may export your data at any time. Upon account termination, data is deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

6. SQL Accounting Integration

LogiqBase integrates with SQL Accounting software via API. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect your SQL Accounting instance. We do not access your SQL Accounting data beyond what is necessary to provide the delivery management features.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.5% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from service unavailability outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, LogiqBase shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
