• Fleet size and software usage information submitted via our inquiry form
• Delivery order data, driver locations, and proof-of-delivery records processed through our platform
• SQL Accounting API credentials you provide during onboarding (stored encrypted)

• To provide, operate, and improve the LogiqBase platform
• To communicate with you about your account and send service notifications
• To respond to inquiries and provide customer support
• To process payments and manage subscriptions

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. SQL Accounting connections use AWS Signature v4 authentication. Your data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database with regular encrypted backups. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Proof of Delivery Photos

Photos captured by drivers as proof of delivery are stored securely on our servers and accessible only to authorised users within your organisation. Photos are retained for 12 months and can be exported before deletion.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and platform functionality. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect platform functionality.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, you may request a full data export within 30 days. After 30 days post-cancellation, data is deleted from our systems.
